- SUTERDAY OCTOBER 11th ‘’RESEARCH SIMULATED TRUFFLE’’ 

And 'the most exciting experience for a fan of truffles. A hunter accompanied by his dog will lead into the woods in search of the precious underground fungus, guided only by instinct of the animal and from years of experience. 

- SUNDAY OCTOBER 12th THE MASSUCCO HARVEST DAY

- MONDAY October 13th VISIT TO 84th  TRUFFLE SHOW IN ALBA

The 84th International Fair of the White Truffle of Alba is one of the most important events in the local culture. Already in '700 truffles from Piedmont was considered at all the European courts a true delicacy. In particular, the white truffle of Alba, collected in the territories of the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato, is considered by far the most valuable in the world. The heart of the fair is the Truffle World Market, open Saturdays and Sundays, which contains in a single structure prospectors and traders. The program of October 11th and 13th is optional. Everyone can choose to stay all 3 days, or only the day of harvest.
